SALE OF GIFT CARDS

Please note that gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of sale. Minimum value for purchase is £20, maximum value is £500. All gift cards purchased through our website are digital and delivered to the email address you supply during the purchase process. The receipt and gift cards are both supplied to the same address, that of the purchaser.

Physical gift cards may be purchased from Box Office in person, as these are high value items and we do not offer recorded delivery. If you would prefer a gift card wallet (rather than an email & pdf) please call the Box Office on 0800 123400 - Option 6 or visit in person. Gift wallets can be collected from the Box Office free of charge. Or alternatively you can arrange for the recipient to collect their gift cards from our Box Office.

REDEEMING GIFT CARDS

Each gift card features a unique reference ID code, which should be quoted at the time of booking via the phone. Gift cards may also be redeemed online for ticket purchases through our website. Gift cards are non-refundable, may not be exchanged for cash, change will not be given and is non-transferable. The balance of the card may be spent in multiple transactions, however the validity period is for 12 months from date of initial purchase. Subject to availability.
