1. By applying for Membership, you agree to proceed and be bound in accordance with these Membership Terms and Conditions.
2. You are only eligible for Membership if you are aged 18 or older. We reserve the right to request written proof of age as well as proof of identity to verify your eligibility for Membership or your entitlement to Membership Benefits.
3. You must provide a photograph upon application to join the waitlist, as means of identity verification.
4. To become a member at Olympic Studios (a “Member”), you must pay the annual membership fee stated when applying. The Membership fee is payable before your Membership becomes active, by means of credit or debit card on our online system. Someone else may make payment on your behalf provided that the payer is at least 18 years of age and is responsible for your compliance with these Membership Terms & Conditions.
5. As a Membership of Olympic Studios you will be issued with a unique Membership ID. You will also receive your own Digital Membership Card, downloadable on your smartphone.
6. To enable you to take advantage of the Membership Benefits your Digital Membership Card or Membership ID must be presented at each of your visits to Olympic Studios. Similarly, please use your Membership ID Number on our website in order to redeem your Membership Benefits online.
7. Your Membership ID enables you to enjoy the advantages of the Membership Benefits in accordance with these Membership Terms & Conditions. Members acknowledge and accept that their Membership ID are personal to the member and cannot be transferred, shared, sold or otherwise made available to another person. As the Member, you remain responsible for any use of your Membership credentials.
8. Olympic Studios reserve the right to change and update your Membership Benefits as per availability, age restrictions, private hires, the Cinema Terms & Conditions and/or any relevant promotional events applicable from time to time.
9. Your Membership ID should be kept secure at all times. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the suspension or termination of your Membership.
10. Your Membership ID, Digital Membership Card, login details, passwords, access codes and any other security credentials issued or provided to you are personal to you and must be kept secure and confidential. You must not disclose, share, transfer or otherwise allow another person to use them. If you believe that any of your Membership credentials have been lost, stolen or compromised, you must notify us immediately.
11. We reserve the right to withdraw your Membership if in our reasonable opinion :
    11.1. you have used your Membership ID in a fraudulent or unlawful manner
    11.2. you conduct yourself in a manner deemed socially unacceptable, or have been banned.
    11.3. you have failed to comply with your obligation to keep all credentials strictly confidential
    11.4 you have breached any aspect of these Membership Terms & Conditions
12. Privacy and Personal Information
    12.1. We collect and process personal information in connection with your Membership, including information provided during your application and information relating to your Membership and use of the Membership Benefits.
    12.2. Our collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the information provided to you in connection with your Membership and is available on our website.
    12.3. Our Privacy Policy explains, among other things, the personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the third parties with whom it may be shared, how long it may be retained and your rights in relation to your personal information.
    12.4. You should ensure that you read our Privacy Policy before applying for Membership. Our Privacy Policy does not form part of these Membership Terms and Conditions and may be updated from time to time in accordance with its terms.

We also reserve the right to withdraw your membership for any other reason we deem unacceptable or unlawful. The withdrawal of your Membership ID for any of the reasons mentioned means you will no longer be entitled to redeem the Membership Benefits and it will not give rise to any form of compensation or refund to you.
